We have over thirty years of experience supporting individuals and organizations with specialties including Wellness Coaching, Employee Assistance Programs (CEAP), Critical Incident Response (CIR), Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and Department of Transportation - Substance Abuse Professional (DOT-SAP) Consultations. Service Delivery:
Offer individual and small group consultations and training for work organization leadership (level managers, union officials, etc.) seeking to manage individual workplace interpersonal effectiveness, enhance the work environment & cultural sensitivity, and improved job performance.
Provide confidential and timely individual coaching to identify/evaluate personal and/or professional concerns.
Adhere to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards - establishing trust and intimacy, powerful questioning, and collaborative goal setting.
Provide confidential, comprehensive and timely DOT-SAP services.
Utilize strategies such as constructive confrontation, motivation, and short-term intervention with individuals to address personal and/or professional concerns.
Collaborate on individual vision to identify personal and/or professionals goals, develop an plan, and monitor progress toward achieving goals.
Consult with organization leadership to coordinate CEAP or HRM support services.
Evaluate effectiveness of services rendered and ROI.
Meet the professional
Deborah Grant-James, CEO, is a well-regarded Licensed Professional Counselor & Supervisor (LPC, LPC-S), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Certified Life Coach (CLC), Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), and Certified Department of Transportation - Substance Abuse Professional (DOT-SAP).
In addtion, as a therapist-coach she is expert in utilizing coaching standards and strategies as an additional skill-set to provide an expanded set of behavioral health services and transition clients who have progressed beyond clinical symptoms, returned to baseline functioning and want to continue growing and learning to achieve wellness and peak performance as appropriate.
